Description
This 915wh battery will give almost an hour of running at full power and has a built in charge control. It can be charged directly from a 12v or 24v charge source, such as a cigarette lighter socket, when matched with the appropriate cable (part 1128-00, available separately). It can also be charged from Torqeedo or third party solar panels, even while travelling, with open circuit voltages between 12v and 50v.
The standard charger for these batteries is the 90 watt charger (part 1133-00) and will fully charge the standard battery from flat in around 11 hours. The charger known as the “fast charger” (part 1131-00) is for earlier model 1003 batteries and is NOT compatible with this battery as it does not produce enough current.
The original 45W charger (part 1127-00) for 1003 and 403 Torqeedo models, also works with battery, although the charge time will be around 24hrs.
